4)      Expected issue volume: 3,667,539 shares

5)      Total issue value: VND36,675,390,000.

6)      Issue ratio: 2%

7)      Regulation on transfer: 100% of issue volume will be restricted in 05 years from the ending date of the offering.

8)      Selling price: VND10,000/share

9)      Selling date: quarter II/2023.
