7)      Regulation on transfer:

- 25% of issue volume will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.

- 25% of issue volume will be restricted in 02 years from the ending date of the offering.

- 25% of issue volume will be restricted in 03 years from the ending date of the offering.

- 25% of issue volume will be restricted in 04 years from the ending date of the offering.
