The Board resolution dated May 26, 2023, the BOD of Truong Long Engineering And Auto Joint Stock Company approved the time to pay the cash dividend in 2022 as follows:

1)      Record date: June 09, 2023

2)      Payment date: June 27, 2023

3)      Exercise ratio: 10% (1,000 dongs/share)

4)      Place to receive subscription:

a)      Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

b)      Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Truong Long Engineering And Auto Joint Stock Company – Lot 46, street No. 3, Tan Tao Industrial Zone, Tan Tao A, Binh Tan district, Ho Chi Minh city on working days.
