• Ex-right date: June 06, 2023
• Record date: June 07, 2023

1. Reason & purpose: to pay the cash dividend payment, to collect shareholders' written opinions and issue share for dividend payment

      1. For cash dividend payment in 2022:

• Exercise ratio: 5% (500 dongs/share)
• Implementation time: June 27, 2023
• Place of implementation:

+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.

+ For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card when receiving dividend at the Head office.

• Exercise ratio: 20:3 (Those owning 20 shares will receive 03 new shares)

• Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to dozen, the fraction/al shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.
