b)      Implementation time: June 23, 2023

c)      Place of implementation:

• For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
• For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Baominh Insurance Corporation on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card and Share ownership certificate when receiving dividend at the Head office.
