AGM: Overcome the status of securities being put under warning

On April 28, 2023, An Giang Import - Export Company (AGM) announced the measures to overcome the status of securities being put under warning. Accordingly, AGM will negotiate with bondholders and disclose the audited financial statement in 2022 (consolidated and separate) as soon as possible; send explanation and report every quarter and follow the regulation of information disclosure in the stock market.
