EVE: Resolution on the AGM 2023

On April 27, Everpia Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1)         The AGM approved the separate and consolidated financial statement in 2022 audited by Ernst & Young Vietnam Company Limited.

2)         The AGM approved the reports of the BOD.

3)         The AGM approved the reports of the Supervisory Board.

4)         The AGM approved the profit allocation in 2022:

1. Cash dividend payment: 11% (1,100 dongs/share)
2. Appropriation for management fund: 5%/ profit after tax.

5)         The AGM approved the business plan in 2023:

1. Revenue: 1,100,000 million dongs
2. Profit after tax: 55,000 million dongs

6)         The AGM approved the list of independent audit firms.

7)         The AGM approved the remuneration plan of the independent BOD and the Supervisory Board in 2023.

8)         The AGM approved the resignation of Mr. Park Sung Jin.

9)         The AGM approved the additional election of Mr. Lee Bang Hyun as member of the BOD for the term 2022 – 2026.
