RAL: Approved the plan to issue shares under ESOP

The Board resolution dated March 16, 2023, the BOD of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for stock issuance under ESOP as follows:

-          Stock name: Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 600,000 shares

-          Total value of issue (at par value): VND6,000,000,000

-          Issue rate: 2.61%

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          These shares will be restricted in 05 years from the finish date of the issuance

-          Estimated time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
