C47: Plan for stock issuance The Board resolution dated March 16, 2023, the BOD of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 approved the following issues:
1) Plan for stock issuance to pay dividend for 2021:
- Exercise ratio: 100:10 (10%) (Those who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares)
- Expected issue volume: 2,753,358 shares
- Total value of issue (at par value): VND27,533,580,000
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 45 shares. With 10% exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 45*10/100 = 4.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 04 new shares and fractional shares of 0.5 share will be cancelled.
- Transfer restriction: none
- Regulation on rights transfer: these shares will not be transferred.
2) Plan for stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity:
- Exercise ratio: 100:10 (10%) (Those who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares)
- Expected issue volume: 2,753,358 shares
- Total value of issue (at par value): VND27,533,580,000
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
