TVB: Chairman of BOD was prosecuted

On December 9, 2022, the Supreme People's Procuracy issued the Decision to prosecute the accused No. 298/QĐ-VKSTC-V5: Accordingly, approved the Decision to prosecute the accused against Mr. Pham Thanh Tung – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company on the crime of stock market manipulation based on the decision to prosecute the case occurred at Louis Holdings JSC, Louis Capital JSC, Louis Land JSC, and Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company. No. 20/QĐ-CSKT-P10 dated April 20, 2022.
