VSC: Plan for collecting shareholders' written opinions

The Board resolution dated December 13, 2022, the BOD of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation approved the plan to collect shareholders' written opinions with details as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Record date: December 28, 2022

-          Time for sending materials and collecting opinions: expected on January 05, 2023

-          Deadline: expected on January 16, 2023.

-          Location: 11 Vo Thi Sau, May To ward, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong city.
