On December 06, 2022, the Board of Directors of Mirae Joint Stock Company approved to borrow capital at Viet Nam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Song Than Industrial Park Branch as follows:

- Credit line: VND1,300,000,000

- Purpose of loan: to supplement its working capital

- Mortgage assets: land use right, machinery and other receivables.
