- To pay cash dividend for 2021;
- To pay stock dividend for 2021;
- A stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital.

1. To pay cash dividend for 2021
- Payment ratio: 10%/par value (VND1,000/share)
- Payment date: December 27, 2022
- Place of implementation:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2.
2. To pay stock dividend for 2021
- Exercise ratio: 5:1
- How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.
- Place of implementation:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
