TCL: Board resolution on the capital contribution for business cooperation

On October 26, 2022, the Board of Directors of Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved a policy on contributing capital to cooperate with ICD Tan Cang - Long Binh Joint Stock Company and assign the Director to coordinate with ICD Tan Cang - Long Binh Joint Stock Company to prepare a feasibility study report.
