On November 01, 2022, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

1)      Stock name: Stock of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company

2)      Stock type: common share

3)      Expected issue volume: 1,000,000 shares

4)      Issue price: VND10,000/share

5)      Total issue value: VND10,000,000,000

6)      Issue ratio: 1.45%

7)  Implement date: expected in Quarter IV/2022 – Quarter I/2023.
