VFG: Plan for transferring capital in subsidiary

The Board resolution dated October 20, 2022, the BOD of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved the plan to transfer contributed capital in subsidiary (VFC Cambo Company Limited) in Campuchia. After the transfer completes, VFG will no longer own VFC Cambo Company Limited.
