TNI: Board resolution on land transfer

On September 23, the Board of Directors of Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company approved to authorize Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, Chairman and the Company’s Legal Representative, to on behalf of the Company to sell/ decide (including seeking investors, negotiating, signing agreements, etc.) the real estate  in Hoang Sa street, Man Thai ward, Son Tra district, Da Nang City with an estimated transaction value not less than VND305,850,000,000.
