CMG: Board Resolution on new Charter of the Company

On September 26, the Board of Directors of CMC Corporation approved to issue the Charter amended for the 21^st time. The new Charter will replace the one amended for the 20^th time, which was adopted by the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on July 27, 2022.
