VCI: Amendment of Establishment and Operation License

Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company received License No.91/GPĐC-UBCK dated September 26, 2022 amending the License for Establishment and Operation by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) regarding the change of the Company’s charter capital from VND3,350,000,000,000 to VND4,354,999,010,000, effective date from September 26, 2022.
