HAG: Cancellation of share private placement plan

  The Board resolution dated September 22, 2022, the BOD of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved the cacellation of the dossier of registration for share private placement according to the Certificate of Offering Registration No.01/GĐKCB/HAGL dated April 22, 2022 due to the Company adjusts the plan for using capital. After the Company has new capital use plan, the Company will submit to the State Securites Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
