Based on License of Establishment and Operation No.23 dated 19/09/2022 issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB) would like to announce the change in the License of Establishment and Operation as follows:

- Name of organization: Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank

- Information after change: Contents of VIB activities allowed to be supplemented by the State Bank:

+ Trading, providing derivative products: Interest rate swap, Cross currency swap, Forward rate agreement and Interest rate option;

+ Securities depository;

+ Providing clearing and settlement services for securities transactions;

+ Custodian bank under securities laws.
