The Board resolution dated September 22, 2022, the BOD of DIC Holdings Construction JSC approved the following issues:

1. Approved the loan at BIDV – Ba Ria – Vung Tau branch with the credit limit of VND320 billion for the Company’s production and business activities.
2. Approved the loan at Vietnam – Russia Bank – Vung Tau branch with the credit limit of VND100 billion for the Company’s production and business activities.
