-          Place of implementation: the representative office of Van Phat Hung Corporation in Ho Chi Minh city, Tulip Building, 15 Hoang Quoc Viet, Phu Thuan ward, district 7, Ho Chi Minh city.

-          Voting content:

+ Proposal on the relocation of head office;

+ Amendment to the Company’s Charter and other issues related to the relocation of head office;

+ Other issues (if any) under the jurisdiction of the general meeting of shareholders.
