The Board resolution dated August 08, 2022, the BOD of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company approved the result of share private placement as follows:

-          Total distributed shares: 32,000,000 shares, accounting for 84.2% of total shares to be offered; Of which:

+ Domestic investors: 32,000,000 shares

+ Foreign investors: 0 share.

-          Selling price: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Total proceeds: VND320,000,000,000

-          Total expenses: VND0

-          Total net proceeds from the offering: VND320,000,000,000.
