MDG: Decision on tax penalties

Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company received the decision dated July 25, 2022 by the Taxation Department of Dong Nai Province regarding the administrative sanctions as follows:

1. Penalty for false declaration: 178,329,298 dongs.

2. Remedies: 

-          Corporate income tax arrears: 891,646,489 dongs

-          Late payment interest: 17,387,107 dongs

The late payment interest above is calculated until the end of June 06, 2022. On June 07, 2022, the Company fully paid the corporate income tax arrears.

Total penalties and arrears: 1,087,362,893 dongs.
