On August 12, 2022, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) issued a resolution on the approval for an agreement between Vietcombank and FPT Software Company Limited (FPT Software) (the related person of Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Vietcombank, and the Chairman of FPT Corporation – the parent company of FPT Software Company Limited).
