HDC: Receiving the transfer of shares

Based on the Board resolution dated August 11, 2021 regarding the cooperation to receive the transfer of shares of Y Ngoc Binh Thuan Resort Real Estate Service & Trading JSC.

On August 12, 2022, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company received the transfer of 30.3% shares of Y Ngoc Binh Thuan Resort Real Estate Service & Trading JSC. Accordingly, Y Ngoc Binh Thuan Resort Real Estate Service & Trading JSC becomes an associated company of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company.

Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company will continue to carry out the procedures to receive the transfer of 60% shares of Y Ngoc Binh Thuan Resort Real Estate Service & Trading JSC.
