Thuan Duc Joint Stock Company received the decision dated August 04, 2022 by the Taxation Department of Hung Yen Province regarding the administrative sanctions as follows:
1. Penalty for false declaration: 5,753,493 dongs.
2. Remedies:
- Corporate income tax arrears: 28,767,463 dongs
- Late payment interest: 7,361,594 dongs
Total penalties, arrears and late payment interest: 41,882,549 dongs.
