The Board resolution dated August 11, 2022, the BOD of Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company approved the investment to receive the transfer of land use right of N&T Tower apartment project from N&T Investment Joint Stock Company and Mr. Bui Trung Quan. Details are as follows:

-          Location: Vo Van Kiet street, area 3, An Lac ward, Binh Tan district. Ho Chi Minh

-          Area: 5,798.1 m²

-          Total value of transfer: VND470,000,000,000.
