-          Transfer volume: 3,600,000 shares, accounting for 50.704% charter capital of Hoang Gia Energy Service Trading Joint Stock Company

-          Transfer price: no less than VND21,000/share

-          Total value of transfer: no less than VND75,600,000,000

-          Completion progress: Quarter 3/2022.
