TPC: Decision on tax penalties

On August 24, Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company received the decision dated August 24, 2022 by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the administrative sanctions for the period from 2020 to 2021 as follows:

- Corporate income tax arrears: 131,381,123 dongs

- Late payment interest of corporate income tax: 10,173,995 dongs (until August 19, 2022)

- Administrative penalty: 26,276,225 dongs.

Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company completed the payment of the amounts above on August 24, 2022.
