SVI: Decision on tax penalties - MN

On August 24, Bien Hoa Packaging Joint Stock Company received the decision dated August 22, 2022 by the Taxation Department of Dong Nai Province regarding the administrative sanctions for the period from 2016 to 2020 as follows:

1. Penalty for false declaration: 284,037,102 dongs.

2. Remedies: 

-          Total tax arrears: 1,525,630,411 dongs

-          Late payment interest: 434,738,886 dongs.

Total tax arrears and penalty: 2,244,406,399 dongs.
