Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection dated August 23, 2022 by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City as follows:

1. Total penalty for false declaration: 101,361,904 dongs
2. Supplementary penalties: none
3. Remedial measures:

- Total tax arrears: 431,809,523 dongs

+ VAT arrears: 400,909,927 dongs

+ Corporate income tax arrears: 30,899,596 dongs.
