TDW: Decision on tax penalties

Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company received the decision dated August 15, 2022 by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the administrative sanctions as follows:

1. Total Penalty for false declaration: 192,930,613 dongs.

2. Remedies: 

-          Total tax arrears: 994,713,626 dongs

-          Late payment interest: 221,438,934 dongs.
