PHC: Transferring shares in Phuc Hung 7

The Board resolution dated August 15, 2022, the BOD of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company approved to transfer the whole of 800,000 shares in Phuc Hung 7 Investment Construction Joint Stock Company with the transfer price of not less than VND19,973 per share.
