SGN: Decision on tax penalties

Sai Gon Ground Services Joint Stock Company received Decision 2342/QD-CT dated August 04, 2022 by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the recovery of tax refund. Accordingly, Sai Gon Ground Services Joint Stock Company will have to repay the tax refund of 2,201,391,220 dongs because of the decrease in VAT deduction and a late payment interest of 1,029,590,673 dongs to the State budget.

Sai Gon Ground Services Joint Stock Company received Decision 2343/QD-CT dated August 04, 2022 by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the administrative sanctions as follows:

1. Penalty for false declaration: 505,397,728 dongs.

2. Remedies: 

-          Total arrears: 95,458,685 dongs

-          Late payment interest: 18,466,071 dongs
