On August 04, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind and ask Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information on the securities market because the Company disclosed Board resolution on agreements with affiliated persons later than prescribed.
