VCB: Board resolution on contracts with related parties (FIS)

On August 10, 2022, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) issued a resolution on the approval for an agreement between Vietcombank and FPT Information System Co., Ltd. (FIS) (the related person is Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Vietcombank, and the Chairman of FPT Corporation – the parent company of FPT Information System Co., Ltd.) for the package “Investing in card issuance systems of Vietcombank”.
