SCR: Board resolution on agreements with related parties

On August 12, 2022, the Board of Directors of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company approved the policy on transactions, agreements between the Company and related persons under Article 167, Enterprise Law 2020, Provision 5 Article 293 Decree 155/2020/ND-CP and the Company’s Charter.
