VRE: Agreement with Vingroup

On August 12, 2022, the Board of Directors issued Resolution to approve the signing of cooperation agreement in 2022 between Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company and VINGROUP Joint Stock Company for the development of commercial center components in projects in which Vingroup is an investor in some provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Nghe An and Khanh Hoa. Accordingly, continuing to specialize in retail real estate business, VRE will receive the transfer of commercial center components invested and built by Vingroup in projects to own, manage and operate.
