VIC: Agreement with VRE

On August 12, 2022, the Board of Directors issued Resolution to approve the signing of cooperation agreement in 2022 between VINGROUP Joint Stock Company and Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company for the development of commercial center components in projects in which Vingroup is an investor in some provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Nghe An and Khanh Hoa. Accordingly, Vingroup will transfer the commercial center components after investing and building in these projects for VRE to own, operate and do business.
