VFG: Stock issuance for increasing capital form the owner's equity On July 21, 2022, Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company announces the stock issuance for increasing capital form the owner's equity as follows:
- Stock name: Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs
- Number of shares issued: 32,088,864 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 32,086,864 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 2,000 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 9,626,059 shares
- Total value (based on par value): 96,260,590,000 dongs
- Issue ratio: 10:3 (Shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 03 new shares).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 1,149 shares. With 10:3 exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 1,149* 3/10 = 344.7 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 344 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.7 share will be cancelled.
