SSB: Adjustment of results of stock issuance

The State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) received the report adjusting the results of stock issuance for paying dividend and raising capital, as follows:

- According to the report on stock issuance for paying dividend, the Bank issued 211,398,767 shares;

- According to the report on stock issuance for raising capital, the Bank issued 109,699,501 shares.
