PC1: Board resolution on share transfer

On July 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of Power Construction Joint Stock Company decided to transfer 100% stake at Power Construction No.1 - Ninh Binh One Member Co., Ltd. (PC1 – Ninh Binh) to Power Construction No.1 – My Dinh One Member Co., Ltd. (PC1 – My Dinh). Time of implementation: in July 2022.

The Board of Directors of Power Construction Joint Stock Company decided to approve the dissolution of Power Construction No.1 – Ha Dong One Member Co., Ltd. (PC1 – Ha Dong).
