SVC: Receiving the transfer of shares

The Board resolution dated July 27, 2022, the BOD of Saigon General Service Corporation (Savico) approved to receive the transfer of 1,047,900 shares (equivalent to 26.198% charter capital) from other shareholders of Sao Tay Nam Automobile Joint Stock Company (Huyndai Tay Do) to raise the ownership ratio of Savico in Huyndai Tay Do to 69.998% and transferred into a subsidiary of Savico.
