BCM: Board resolution on the liquidation of contract

On July 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation (Becamex IDC) (Party A) approved the liquidation of principle contract between Becamex IDC and Becamex Urban Development Joint Stock Company (Becamex UDJ) (Party B), as follows:

-          Total area: 63,633 m²

-          Total contract value: VND699,963,000,000.

-          Total amount paid by Party B: VND8,543,816,666

-          Total area that Party A has invoiced to Party B: 776.71 m²

Party A will refund VND62,542,893,304 to Party B.
