ACB: Board resolution on transactions with ACB Leasing

According to the Board resolution dated July 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the credit limit of VND1,200,000,000,000 for ACB Leasing Co., Ltd. The effective time for credit limit will be from August 01, 2022 to July 31, 2023.
