GMD: Board resolution on transactions with related parties

On July 08, 2022, the Board of Directors of Gemadept Corporation decided to approve the policy on agreements, transactions between the Corporation and related parties (including subsidiaries and associated companies) for business operations in 2022. Accordingly, the list of subsidiaries and associated companies includes 37 companies.
