The Board resolution dated July 07, 2022, the BOD of Vinh Hoan Corporation approved to collect shareholders' opinions in writing as follows:

-        Record date: July 20, 2022

-        Time of implementation: expected in August 2022

-        Location: highway 30, ward 11, Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap province.

-        Content: approving the amendement, supplement of Item 8 on the time for share transfer restriction for employees in stock issuance under ESOP 2022 at Article 9 of Resolution No.1 dated April 20, 2022, issued by the Annual of General Meeting of Shareholders.
