KBC: Information on the ownership ratio at Quang Yen Company

On July 08, 2022, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (HOSE: KBC) announced that Sai Gon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation (“SHP”), a subsidiary with 86.54% directly owned by KBC, established Quang Yen Manufacturing Industry Co., Ltd. with the charter capital of VND250 billion and 100% owned by SHP. Therefore, Quang Yen Manufacturing Industry Co., Ltd. is controlled by Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation.
